With servo motor, the temperature of the motor casing is kept below 55 °C, which can extend the life of the motor and reduce heat loss.

In the equipment upgrade with the extruder, the investment return period is about 18-24 months, the energy saving effect is quick, and the data comparison is obvious and intuitive. It also meets the requirements of the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy, and can apply for government energy conservation fund subsidies;

The servo motor adopts water-cooled (or oil-cooled) design, and the capacity selection range is 7.5-315 kW;

The hydraulic oil temperature is reduced by 3-5 °C, which is more durable and prolongs the service life of hydraulic oil.

After installation, the noise of the whole extruder is about half lower than the original; the noise pollution is obviously reduced;

It reduces the large current impact of the motor starting on the power supply system of the factory; when the capacity of the factory transformer is tight, the energy saving of multiple extruders can increase the number of equipment and improve the processing capacity.
