The quality of the production plan has a direct impact on the normal production situation. In addition to matching the molds and aluminum bars according to the production order, the key is to let the whole class understand the plan of the team leader, which material is produced first, then what is produced, and then what is produced, so that the production has a clue. The special pad must be prepared before the production of the plane mold and split flow mold to be used. The next set of upper mold can not be pulled out from the mold furnace after the upper mold is unloaded, and the special pad can not be found, which leads to the mold temperature drop, the mold can not be pressed out or damaged, which affects the completion time of the plan and increases the production cost. When the mold is on the machine, check whether the mold number is the same as the production schedule. Mastering the wall thickness, length, color and order number is conducive to improving the output and controlling the quality. Diyi machinery mainly produces aluminum bagging machine, aluminum automatic bagging machine and single binding bagging machine. There are several opinions about extrusion and interruption of safe operation

extrusion

1、 Operation process

1. The ingot holder is heated to 380 ℃ - 420 ℃ by heating 100 ℃ / 1 hour;

2. According to the operation plan, select the right amount of suitable aluminum rods to be heated to 480 ℃ - 520 ℃ in the furnace, and execute the special industrial profiles according to the specified process temperature;

3. According to the operation plan, select the mold in line with the plan and heat it to 460 ℃ - 500 ℃ for 2-4 hours;

4. Start the cooling motor of Extruder - oil motor;

5. According to the order of the plan sheet, select the special pad for the die to be installed in the die seat, and lock the die seat in the extrusion position;

6. Lock the holding cylinder, and lift the heated aluminum rod to the alignment position of the charging bladder by using the feeding frame;

7. Forward extrusion of master cylinder;

8. The starting speed of extrusion should be slow, and the medium speed extrusion speed should be adjusted according to the surface quality of the profile at the outlet;

9. Record the die number, aluminum bar number, master cylinder pressure and discharge speed in the original record.

2、 Process requirements

1. Heating temperature of aluminum bar: A. flat die: 500 ℃ - 520 ℃; B. split die: 480 ℃ - 500 ℃; C. special industrial materials shall be subject to special process requirements;

2. Mold heating process: A. flat mold: 460 ℃ - 480 ℃, B. split mold: 460 ℃ - 500 ℃;

3. Temperature of holding cylinder: 380 ℃ - 420 ℃, end surface temperature of holding cylinder: 280 ℃ - 360 ℃;

4. The extruded material must have smooth surface, no handle in longitudinal indentation, fine and even extrusion lines, no bright band, black line, plane gap and angle deviation between the internal and external surfaces, and the cutting angle shall be in accordance with the national standard;

5. Extrusion force: ≤ 200 kg / cm 2;

6. The locking pressure of the hopper is 120 kg / cm2-150 kg / cm2;

7. Hydraulic oil temperature ≤ 45 ℃;

8. The outflow speed of profiles is generally controlled between 5 m / min and 30 m / min;

9. Mold time in furnace: ≤ 8 hours;

10. For every 80-100 rods extruded, the liner must be cleaned once with special cylinder cleaning pad.

3、 Precautions

1. During extrusion, if the die is plugged, the dead time shall not exceed 5 seconds;

2. Pay attention to safety when installing the mold to prevent the screw from slipping and damaging the foot;

3. When discharging, it is strictly forbidden to peep at the outlet in a straight line;

4. Before the mold is installed on the machine, it is necessary to check the center position and whether the extrusion rod is in the center. Before the machine is started, it is necessary to run the machine with no load to confirm that there is no error;

5. Measure whether the temperature of bar, mould and ingot container meet the requirements;

6. Check the quality of 3-5 rods once;

7. Check the oil temperature regularly;

8. Whether each aluminum bar is marked with heat number and alloy number.

1、 Operating procedures

1. When the main machine is discharging, clamp the material head with pliers, guide the profile to the slide out platform, start the cooling fan, and open the water cooling system for the profile requiring water cooling;

2. Cut off about 50cm of material head with the interrupted saw, write down the die number, collect and put it in a centralized way, for the reference of the die repairman

3. If the discharge is normal, cut about 50cm profile with the interrupted saw and give it to the quality inspector for quality inspection;

4. According to the discharging length, the cooperating manipulator interrupts the profile at 13m, 19m or 25m for straightening. If the total length is less than 26 meters, it will be interrupted on the material joint;

5. When the profile is interrupted, gently hold it with asbestos gloves and push it to the cooling bed immediately;

6. Check the quality, especially the first and second rods, and then check the surface quality every 3-5 rods.

2、 Process requirements

1. The air cooling speed at the outlet shall not be less than 110 ℃ / min;

2. When sawing, pay attention to the light pressure, and the saw and the material advance synchronously to prevent the profile bending;

3. When pushing the material, handle it with care to avoid man-made scratch and scratch on the material table;

4. When sawing, be sure to hold the profile by hand to prevent the profile from swinging and scratching.

3、 Precautions

1. It is strictly forbidden to extend the head and operate the hand directly to the discharge port in case of danger;

2. When the interrupt saw is turned on, the operator cannot face the interrupt saw. No one is allowed to approach within 30 cm of the saw blade to ensure safety;

3. Pay attention to the discharging road to prevent the bed from supporting the profile;

4. Pay attention to safety and scald;

5. Pay attention to twisting when discharging the profile.
